Why the University Was Created
Today’s healthcare and local governance systems operate in an increasingly complex environment shaped by prolonged crises, uncertainty and a high level of responsibility.
UNBROKEN University was created in response to this reality — to develop knowledge and solutions grounded in practice, international dialogue and real-world experience.
Our university is not about teaching facts; it is about learning how to navigate knowledge.
We foster courageous and responsible thinking: the ability to ask questions, challenge assumptions and act in conditions of uncertainty.
Because the future belongs to those who can think independently.

We work for those who take responsibility for their communities — for decisions, public trust and long-term development.
We see a strong commitment among Ukrainian community leaders to learn, grow and improve.
Today, everyone understands that knowledge is no longer found only in books and theories. It also lives in the experience of peers and in successful solutions developed during wartime.
Our mission is to collect, systematise and transform this knowledge into high-quality educational programmes.

Preparing healthcare leaders to work with trauma, complex healthcare systems and interdisciplinary challenges.
Traditional academic education can no longer keep pace with reality.
The war has changed everything — the needs, the pace and even the nature of knowledge itself.
The School of Medicine is our response to these challenges: a space where knowledge does not remain within classroom walls but immediately becomes action — in hospitals, rehabilitation centres and everyday work with people facing the most difficult circumstances.
