Marta Mochulska

An educator and researcher with 17 years of teaching experience at the Faculty of Law of the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, and an academic manager with 7 years of leadership experience in higher education. She holds a PhD in Law, is an Associate Professor, and is the author of numerous scholarly publications in the field of law.

She has extensive experience in international cooperation, having completed academic placements at 18 European universities, participated in European Union-funded international projects, and collaborated with initiatives of the Council of Europe, the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine, and the EU-funded Pravo-Justice Project.

For the past five years, she has served as an expert on the accreditation of educational programmes for the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance of Ukraine and as a higher education quality assurance expert. She is also a practising attorney and civic activist.

She is a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and serves as an external advisor to the Mayor of Lviv.
